Our purpose is to:
- introduce the sport of field hockey, including rules and game concepts
- develop individual player skills, including dribbling, passing, dodging, shooting, and defense
- teach the importance of ball movement and team play in game situations
- reinforce the importance of sportsmanship during competition
- to have fun and foster a love of field hockey!
